I am the President of DealerKnows Consulting, an automotive digital marketing consultation firm. I specialize in assisting dealers with their online advertising, lead management, ecommerce marketing, and internet initiatives. I'm also the Chief Operating Officer of Dealer Signage Inc, a digital customer retention technology that uses digital signage to better market to and retain your customers. I also am a writer for Digital Dealer magazine among many publications and blogs. In the past, I've found success in the trenches with the Arlington Auto Group (Toyota and Scion) where I created and managed an award-winning Internet Department and Business Development Center. In my (limited) free time, when I am not spending it with my family, I perform and film sketch comedy and improv throughout the Chicagoland area and write screenplays, short films, and sketch comedy.
